Yes, this Vote to Win is for every video game character. While there have been V2Wins for specific series, I'm pretty sure one for the broader subject hasn't been made yet. The rules are the same as every other V2W, and they're really simple, so I don't need to repeat them. There are some other rules for the nominations...

-8 nominations per user, though this number could change.
-Either 64 or 128 maximum nominations, depending on how much interest this gets.
-Maximum of 4 6 characters per series.
-Characters that originated in a video game only.
-Multiple incarnations of the same character are not allowed, unless there is a very noticeable difference between the two characters.
