Another Userpedia problem...

So, I want to make an article about me, but I can't find the thing to start the article. Does anyone know how to create one?

there's a button that says "create an article" on the main page. type the name in the box and then click the button.

It should be near the top of the page, but if you want, you can just go down the side bar, search for what you need, and click the red link. That should bring you to the page where you can start your article.
