Stuck pixel on HDTV problem

Where I can find app that show random colors and remove dead pixel from my HDTV, I can connect my PC to HDTV

I tried to google it and I couldn't find one and I downloaded app called JScreenFix and it is a rip off that it is asking me to pay for it

i almost posted the seizure scene from the anime but i decided against it for health reasons
