I can now suddenly move files. This feature was previously only available to administrators. Can someone tell me what's going on?

All autoconfirmed users can move files now, according to Special:ListGroupRights. I believe this feature was previously restricted to administrators, so Porple must have changed it for whatever reason.
 
Actually, only Porple can change Group Rights, as MediaWiki is really file-based, and nearly all Rights are hardcoded.
