I'm really not sure on mine.
 
Borderlands 2 by far.

Amazing visuals, great characters, beautiful environments, challenging, great character building, awesome co-op, freaking awesome weapons.

Really, its what I've always wanted from a shooter.
 
Kirby Series: Kirby's Dream Land 3

Pokemon: All of them

Earthbound: Mother 3

but metroid prime is a very close second

Shadow of the Colossus, because I'm a hipster that way.
 
Mine is Super Smash Bros. Brawl, though other favorites of mine are: Mario Party 6, Paper Mario: TTYD, Earthbound, Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness and Mother 3.
 
Mario Kart Wii
 
Probably TF2.
The hours wasted away just playing a single map, out of about 50 probably add up to ~30.

Then you have different gamemodes, and the trading scene, and this, and that, and oh my god paying for gaben's lunch.
 
Still Super Mario 64
 
For consoles, I'd say either Mario Kart Wii or Super Smash Bros. Melee (I don't have Brawl)

As for handhelds, Pokémon Diamond
