pros and cons of each programs for drawing with tablets?

also I'd like suggestion for the basics as shading and using layers.

That is pretty good. Though the best way to get better is to put it online, and then ask for critique on your work, you then focus on the points that they point out until they all get pretty much better. That is what I am trying to do for my story and I figure this would work practically the same way. The coloring looks a little smeared and I can see some of the white from the paper. But who am I to be talking, I suck.

Better than mine. I can't even color in the lines iPad drawing sucks so bad.
