Pretty much any villain that isn't Bowser. I find him to be extremely overrated.

Freaking psychotic and rather ingenius, also love her battle themes, plus m&l is just amazingly rad.

Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter. She's just so sinister in everything she does, even making tea.

Bowser. He may not be the smartest (especially in the RPGs) but he is the only one whose still alive apart from Grodus' head and Midbus (unless he froze to death).
