Woah, users don't have to log in to edit anymore? If we are going to stick with this change, then MarioWiki:Blocking Policy#Blocking IP Addresses would need rewriting.

Guest members have only been view, but security(Prevent guest's edits) is gone in previous some days.
I believe they will fixing these one.

This was done intentionally on an experimental basis, so that's not going to happen right now. But yes, anonymous users can edit as of the time of this post.

I think we should change the edit button from view source to edit as that will make them notice than non-users can now edit via IP

When I'm logged out, I see the edit tab on file and user talk pages, but I see "view source" on articles and article talk.

I see "View source" everywhere. I click it and voilà! Editing!

It's intentional that they don't get a welcome on their talk page because they now get it first thing upon account creation through MediaWiki:Welcomecreation. This is better than having thousands of talk pages sitting around for users that never do anything.
