Mario D20 PBP- Players wanted!

Goomba
Hello fellow Mario fans!

I've been running a Mario D20 game via PBP for about 3 years now. Unfortunately it looks like it's coming to an end, but I'd like to start a new campaign. Anyone interested can email me: md20gm@gmail.com

D20/D&D experience a plus but not necessary. Will teach new players.

Mario gaming experience definitely required!

If you'd like to play in a version of Mario World where literally ANYTHING is possible, where, if Toad were to pop up and say "I'm sorry, but our princess is in another castle!" you could walk right up and smack him in his face, this is for you.

Starting level will be 1st-3rd depending on the race you choose. Many races are available and if it's not already made I'll create it for you.

Rules are a hybrid system based on D&D/D20 with a few modifications for fun and simplicity. Play-by-post, so you can play from anywhere with an internet connection.

Send me an email and I'll hook you up with more details.

Does this count as breaking the rules on advertising?

Well, it's not a business for one. I do this for entertainment and as a form of collaborative fan fiction. I'd run on a forum here but it's just not the same.

Oh look, acronyms that no one knows what they stand for!

Gee, it's too bad you don't have access to a computer or you could take the ten seconds required to Google it.

D20 = D20 system, aka roll a 20 sided die

PBP = play-by-post, which you'd know if you'd read more than the subject line.

Honestly my target audience would either already know what these mean, or be smart enough to figure it out.

Well.. that's what Parakoopa, Lakitu, and the like are for! I'm sure someone with a Feather Charm or a Cloud Flower could get out of trouble sometimes- not many flying enemies around Mushroom Way, for one. But of course you'd need to FIND one first- and a lot of the question blocks are invisible! Though they are metal so Nomadimouse characters have an easier time finding them, making them a VERY valuable race for the bandit/rogue in the party. </ramble>
