I can't even tell what the hell this is supposed to be. It looks vaguely like Mario but is more like a misshapen blob with a nauseating color scheme.

Isn't a smiley supposed to be only a head anyway? This one clashes with pretty much all the other smileys, safe for the ones where the sources pretty much were just a head to begin with.

not only that.

it can also be the entire body if the size allows that.

for example.

:bobomb: :goomba: :blooper: :boo: :buzzy:

these use the entire body.
