Help with altering the quote template

I wanted to bring the quote template to another wiki, but if I copy and paste the coding from the wiki's template, it'll make it so you can put in a quote, a character, and a game. How do I make it so you can only insert a quote and a character in it? Also, how do I make it so that the character is not automatically clickable?

If someone could paste the altered code here, that would be great.
