Request: Figuring out potential Mario reference in Yu-Gi-Oh manga

I am reading a scanlation of the Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist manga right now. I reached chapter 33, page 20 and found this:

The middle panel on the right includes what seems to be a reference to the Mario brothers. As such, this would deserve a mention on this page here. However, I do not know if this reference exists in the original manga, or if it's just something the unofficial translation threw in for fun.

My request is as follows: We need to find out if this reference exists in an official publication. If anyone can provide us with the original version of this page, please share it, so that we may cross-check if the reference is there. If you know of any other way to verify this fan-translation, that would help too.

It would be nice if we had the original Japanese one as well. If there is a Japanese one, we should take a look.

Well, I meant the japanese one when I said "original version of the page".

But anyway, if there's any people with lots of manga cred out there, your knowledge would be very helpful.
