The only one I played was Rogueport Pit of 100 trials and even then, my intentions were to get only the Zap Tap badge
 
I never had a problem with Flopside's PO100T. I thought it was easy.

Now...TTYD PO100T...

Actually no, I think once I figured out how to get past the final 10 floors, and mastered the counterdodge, it's not that hard anymore.

I suppose either Dark Star X in the Challenge Node or the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials. Most likely Flopside Pit, since I haven't beaten it in the three or four tries that I've attempted it despite being perfectly prepared.

You do know Bowser X is harder than Dark Star X, right?

Well I'm saying Dark Star X because I haven't beaten it yet (probably should have specified that... whoops...). If Bowser X does turn out to be harder than Dark Star, then I'll say Bowser X is the more difficult challenge. But until then...

It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.

Dark Star X is hard because it is pretty tedious, and it has a lot of health and power.

Bowser X is just...you can't really ever master counterattacking or even dodging some of Bowser's attacks. Literally, that is the hardest part of Bowser X - that, and the fact that when you use Special Moves, you can't use it again for like 4 turns.

I voted for Culex Battle since while the boss is extremely hard, it's very difficult to get the supplies to get to the boss.

You should try it with the Challenge Medal, which makes everything like 2x as difficult.

I am not sure but I think I was never aware of that item, because I don't think I managed to get A rank in Green Shell.

That might just be a quest of it's own.

Eventually you just get so into it that if you think about too much you slip and hesitant a millisecond which is all it takes. I remember being like shy 1 or 2 points, and swearing at the game over it.
 
Flopside Pit of 100 Trials. Flipside Pit took quite a few tries but I eventually did it. In Flopside I haven't made it past floor 10.
 
Duel of 100 was a bit hard, but I wouldn't call it the hardest.

I actually enjoyed the Duel of 100 quite a bit, not because of the repetitive battles, but because of all the Sammer Guys' speeches, especially Mustard of Doom.
