Anyone else having Google issues?

Ever since this morning, when I try to access Google, a Chrome error window will pop up with the header "This webpage is not available" with the caption "The webpage at https://www.google.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." Anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? I've never seen Google down before.

I use google venezuela here and it works perfectly.

I had this error some weeks ago, and all I did, was Updating Chrome, which solved the problem.
And yes, I'm sure, as I didn't take effort to Update Chrome for a few days, as I was to lazy to close Chrome.

I never close Chrome either, unless I'm updating.

I don't see the green arrow on the top right that indicates Chrome needs an update, though.

It can need an update even if it doesn't say you do. Go to About Chrome.
