MiiVerse and its rules and terms of use.

9-Volt must be my video game counterpart.
My god! The MiiVerse administration are so annoying. I have been reported two times falsely and all I get to say is this automated "I didn't vilolate the MiiVerse code of conduct". They don't at all allow you to explain in words that you didn't break the rules. I also don't like how the administration does not make an actual representative actually send messages to you but just gives you this automated stuff like "You have violated the MiiVerse code of conduct. Continued violations will result in restrictions to your use on MiiVerse" or "You have posted sexually explicit content" (which I never got this message but I have seen it on youtube). It would be better if they actually had moderators that you can converse with and explain what really happened.

I know there are a lot of young children on miiverse, but that doesn't give the administration a reason to be tattlers nor does it give them the right to accuse you of something without explaining what really happened.

The first warning that I got was because I posted a link. It does not list anywhere that links are prohibited on MiiVerse. It only says not to post links that can be used to contact you in real life or track you down. (or something like that) The second one was because I said "Nintendo is known for making games that give CPUs unfair advantages and A.I.". That was taken out of context and I didn't mean that "for real". It was just a joke. However, I couldn't say that to them. I only could say that automated "I didn't violate the MiiVerse Code of Conduct" crap.

They need to improve on this or it will result in users to cease using this service.

should go in online gaming.

also. ranting much?

I never have experienced this in MMOs or anything like that, not even forums like this.

Also, I was not trying to make this sound like a rant. I was trying to expose errors in an online service but also give examples from my experience. A rant is when you complain or just talking about something that's only something personal or your opinion. This is not an opinion. It is a fact backed up with details. Also, I don't usually call rant "ranting", I usually call it just opinionated posts or videos.
