I personally feel ugly wearing them. I look decent without glasses.

I barely even need glasses. I'm just slightly near sighted. Heck, I can read perfectly without them on computers or when reading books.

I am about to get contacts though, so I'm happy.

I'm sorry. Other people look great in them, but I look a lot better without them, and I wish I didn't need them.

Contact lenses are 50 million times better than glasses. The benefits outweigh the costs.
