3DS help.

OK, I got a 3DS, Yay! Now, I know that I have got a friend code. But I cannot see it when I push the Orange Smiley-Face icon, and it only says ????-????-????.


What do I do to be able to visualise it???

So, have you tried connecting it to the internet yet?

You need to connect to the Internet. Once you have connected you will have a friend code.

You get a code after connecting to the Internet.

Oh OK. So just connecting? OK. I'll do that. Because I wanted to give my code to somebody, then I realised that I couldn't see mine :P.
