Lunar Magic help

So I downloaded a SMW ROM and Lunar Magic, but the ROM doesn't show up when I click "Open ROM" on Lunar Magic.
What do I do? Remember, I'm a beginner at this stuff.

I don't know anything about Lunar Magic, but you should probably make sure that the ROM is still in a .ZIP.

no, extract the rom into a .smc
lunar magic doesnt recognize .zip files

if thats not the problem then check if it also has a [!], if it doesnt it might be a bad dump and you have to download another fresh one
