Collab: Clean up glitch lists.

The grammar (and sometimes spelling) on most of the glitch lists on the wiki is simply atrocious. Some of the section names for them aren't the best either. I'm not trying to make the authors of those lists feel bad, but it's true.
To make my point; look at [wiki=List of glitches in Super Paper Mario]the glitch page for Super Paper Mario[/wiki].

What I'm asking to do is simple; just fix up the numerous grammar/spelling/etc. mistakes found in the glitch lists. We'd (meaning anyone who'd like to help and myself) also fix some of the bad section titles as well.

Particularly bad lists;
(apologies for the constant updating, I accidentally clicked "Post" when this wasn't finished)

Additionally, section titles on the glitch pages should be organized in alphabetical order.

Mario Almost Shrinks

If Mario stands on the very end of the edge of any platform and shrinks with Dottie, he will do his usual "shrinking" animation, but will grow back to normal before he's even finished with the animation. This works with all characters. This is in fact not a glitch; it was put in by the producers to prevent a character falling the instant Dottie is done with the shrinking process.

So should this even be listed as a glitch?

Edit:
Merlee's Mansion Game Freeze

In the PAL versions of Super Paper Mario if the player goes into all the rooms indicated by Mimi and then talks to her the game will freeze.

Note: This may not work on all PAL versions of the game and may be because the disk is dirty

Another one that kind of doubts its own existence as a glitch.

And as every other subsection, we should remove uppercases unless for the first word and proper nouns.

(I wasn't sure if that's what you meant by saying "also fix some of the bad section titles as well.")

I believe it means to fix any non-suitable names of sections. They should be as brief and descriptive as possible: and we don't want full sentences. Examples such as "Klepto Wants You to Know What Version You Have" could be changed to something shorter.

The only major problem I have with glitches is how they're unsourced, meaning anyone can just make up a glitch and add it to the page....

There's the occasional YouTube reference, but wouldn't images count as a source as well? A visual example of the glitch in the game?

That's fine, but stuff like music or animation glitches are hard to demonstrate using a static image.

Of course, static images couldn't demonstrate those types of glitches. Although, GIFs, and OGG files could act as a source. Examples such as an audio glitch and a glitch being decribed through a GIF/video file.

But I do agree that at this stage, a majority of the glitches do not provide any means of a source.

Do you think we should also have a standard for the intros?
Something that states that every gallery must begin with "This page is a gallery of ''[[game]]'' or something different, but always the same.

Sometimes I see "This is the gallery of the game, ''[[game]]''" or "This article is the list of the pictures from ''[[game]]'' for the ''[[system]]''.

This is inconsistent, and I think a standard is great.

I wrote that in another thread. Do you think we should have the same standard for glitches pages intros?

Definitely. They should follow the same standard. The same applies to generally any subpage such as list of media or list of beta elements

There are so many variations in how the intro is worded: a standard write-up would be great.

Unless we reach a consensus here, with a few administrators in agreement, that would be acceptable. Though I'd say a proposal would be best to solidify the decision and to raise community awareness of the idea.

Anything about verifying glitches? Think we need to do something about unsourced glitches?

I think this should apply to beta elements as well. If there is unused data about something, printscreen the proof.

This seems more like trivia than a glitch, and the article even acknowledges this. Does anyone have a problem with this being removed?

Nope. I'd remove it immediately.

I added to your point that external links used for sourcing glitches is also ok as well.
