No it isn't, that one is about blocking users for a dumb reason. In this game, you give an actual indepth (but really ridiculous) warning for something they did.

Btw, Accusing a completely different forum game of being the same as another is against the rule π. If you continue to break the rules, you will be punished.

In this one, you have to be more indepth, like this.

Not existing is against rule 0. You have done this more than once.

I think you should review the rules.
