What might be a Warioware rip off is a big hit at the app store

I was going to make this when I get back from Portugal but you all need to be aware that this actually exsits.

Anyone heard of the YouTube hit video known as Dumb ways to die, well that's now got an app store game that's currently number 1 at the charts, how does it play you may ask, well exactly like Warioware. My brother got this when he last came and when I got the chance to play this I knew this was a rip-off, a rip-off that is now more poplar than any Warioware game.

When you start the game you given three lifes (compered to four in Warioware) and you have to play a microgame which only lasts five seconds long (exactly like Warioware) and you can pass it or fail it (also exactly like Warioware), if you pass, you get points, if you fail, you lose a life, once your out of lifes it's game over. After a few games the speed gets faster (like Warioware). It's an idecticle twin to Warioware.

Some of the games include flicking fish, opening the correct door, drawing lines to make balloons, and having to blow a plane, these same types of microgames appear in Warioware and turst me, must of these could be made in Warioware D.I.Y. Come on, at least have some good differences to make it stand out. There's only about 15 microgames compered to over 100 in Warioware but then again it's a free game. But other free games that are the same each time actually have good rewards and features to keep me playing, I mean you can lose points in this game for no reason. There's not much at all to even make this worth making a game and yet people are not going to back to it unless you make a lot more games and decent unlockbles not just get a new character added to the station which is stupid.

What's the worst part, it's how poplar this is, number 1 at the app store, that's ridiculous, four and half stars rating, also rediculous. Four and a half stars is not what a rip-off deserves and yet no one in the reviews mentions it's like Warioware and yet more people know about this than Warioware and yet that had the idea and Warioware was a amazing game in the first place. The comments are like "My son loves this game" or "This is cool". This is poplar because of a YouTube video mainly aimed for kids to be safe around trains but then becomes so poplar that they can just make an rip-off game that's so poplar and they can get away with this.

Someone please report this to Nintendo. This is just a dumb way to make a game and only is fun for five minutes while you could be playing Warioware for hours. To see what this game is like, watch the YouTube video at the top. I have nothing against the original YouTube video (expect it's a bit annoying) but this, I can't stand at all.

It depends where this was made in order for this to be a violation of copyright laws

I believe it was Austraila but I don't know.

I don't know why everyone freaking loves this game.

I played it, it wasn't very enjoyable but I didn't get a warioware vibe from it. I wouldn't call it much of a 'rip-off' but it is similar in some ways.

Most of the people at my school only like it because they liked the song. I don't think it's really anything to make a huge rant over personally.

are you serious nsy

it's a free game that has not used any of nintendo's assets besides the idea of 5-second minigames being played rapidly

I just looked at the video and if the game is same thing, then it sucks. Spongebob Squigglepants is more fun than that. (Spongebob Squigglepants is a WarioWare clone but with microgames based on Spongebob)

At least Spongebob Squigglepants had a distinctive charm to it and some of the microgames nanogames are references to moments and episodes in the show.

The thing is, as what Groden's said, the game's free, so it's not making money that Nintendo could've gotten instead.
