Who should come back to Mario Party 3ds?

I don't think it's a meaningful topic. From what we got in Party DS, we know that handhelds only give a very basic roster and species can hardly appear. We don't expect for very important changes like big returns (Bowser, DK) and big newcomer (Rosalina, Pauline) in this title.

I think this title should at least provide all ten main characters (Toadette and Birdo added to the DS roster).

Donkey Kong is better as a host and a counter-character to Bowser.

I would love Blooper, but I rather have Toadette get back into the game before she's forgotten.

I've never played Mario Party, but I love the undead and so Boo and Dry Bones. However, I doubt it'll happen, especially with technical limitations of the 3DS, it's more likely to see these characters for Mario Party 10 or whatever the next home console one is called.
