We had it in SMB 3. So that's okay.
 
Played it 100%. I LOVE EVERYTHING with this mod. Level designs/mechanics are clever and unique, Star Coins are actually useful, the castle bosses are new enemies and some have clever concepts, the music sends my ears to heaven... I consider this the TRUE sequel to NSMBWii, and even better than NSMBU. =P
 
So is this similar to project M for smash bros brawl or do you need to mod you r wii?

Even if it was, something tells me that people would still condemn it, saying that it's a rehash.
 
Hmm. The website doesn't really say much. Can anyone tell me some features of this game? I might get it once I finish Wind Waker.
 
It requires you to mod your Wii.

There's new enemies, new bosses, new world map, new powerups, such.

We should say that this fan-made version only takes the materials from the game system to create new stages. It can't provide new items and stories as a true new game made by the official, though what NSMBU gave us wasn't really pleasant.
 
I'd want to play this, but I'm not about to mod my Wii and certainly not going to use an emulator. But the trailer alone is really, and I mean really, impressive.
 
Can anyone tell me how to install this on a Wii U? I'm a bit confused on the instructions.
 
Finally able to locate my NSMBW disc, going to try this out.
EDIT: Well, after a lot of placing, removing, blah blah blah, I finally got the mod working. Let's see what all the hubbub's about.

Well, I'm close to beating the game, but the GOD-AWFUL FINAL BOSS HAS ME SWEARING LIKE NEVER BEFORE! Does anyone know how to beat him?

Just shoot him constantly until he goes down. Grab the Mushrooms when you can if you're small. Oh and make sure you don't go too far down since it actually counts as a bottomless pit LOL
