File did not revert, what happened?

OK, so I noticed that the current revision of File:Wario_car.PNG had bad transparency, but when I reverted it, the current revision still shows the exact same image with the bad transparency. As if I just re-uploaded the same thing; what happened there?

Did you try clicking the refresh button near the 2 arrows on top of the screen?

Additionally, this should also be done when clicking to view the full size image, and on some of the articles the file is used on.
