Whenever I try to play PiT, it just says, "An error has occurred. please refer to the blah blah blah." Can anyone help?

I'm never happy… except when translating German text to Russian text and then to Icelandic text and then contrasting it with Atlantean text in the wording and structure of the characters, and… wow I feel happier now!
