Discussion & Collab: Specifying Notice Templates Designing Standard

This is the discussion before making any proposal.

Introduction:
We have a lot of Notice Templates. Some with images, some without. Some full sized, some are not. Some centered, some are not. Some necessary, some are not. Some widely used, some are not.. This discussion will try to collect information and decide everything about our notice template.

*my opinion
Images:

• Should we have images on our templates? Yes, No or Doesn't matter (yes)
  • What type; Mario themed or any? (Mario themed, but if none exists.. then any)
  • Where to put them; on the right or on the left or both? (depends on the template itself but never both)
• If no, then would we remove all images from all templates including the Template:Delete?

Unnecessary Templates:

• {{Tense (Template:Tense)}} Reason: It is the same as {{Rewrite|it is not written in the [[MarioWiki:Manual of Style#Verb Tense|correct verb tense]]}}
  
• {{Collaborationnow (Template:Collaborationnow)}} & {{Collaborationpast (Collaborationpast)}} & {{Hiatus (Template:Hiatus)}} Reason: I think it was for the PipeProjects, but it is now not used. or be marked with {{abandoned (Template:abandoned)}}(not sure about the last one)
  
• {{Distinguish (Template:Distinguish)}} Well, I think the Template:Distinguish2 will do the trick, the first should be deleted, and the second should be moved to the first.

Templates that are necessary but are not used -widely-:

Templates here should be put in mind, and used when necessary.

• {{Empty (Template:Empty)}}
• {{Nomedia (Template:Nomedia)}}
• {{Proposal Notice (Template:Proposal Notice)}}
• {{Protect (Template:Protect)}} & {{Unprotect (Template:Unprotect)}}, Well.. I think the categories should be watched by admins.

Size of templates:
Height and width are undecided yet

That's more than 10 days and no responses.. Was this discussion discussed before?

No comment = no one cares enough to try and respond to an amorphous call to discuss everything about an already muddy subject. Notice Templates should be dealt with on a case-by-case basis more often than not anyway.
