I'm going to be doing unprofessional Let's Plays where YOU get to be a part of them! What that basically means is that I'll be unprofessionally LPing any NES, SNES, Genesis/MegaDrive, or Super Game Boy game and record the screen in a 640x360 window. That way, the gameplay with my audio commentary and your chat commentary will be ready to post on Youtube...

...With a bit of editing. (If you care about the technical details, basically I'd rip the audio, dump the frames three times into seperate folders, batch crop the coordinates for the video, chat log, and WSplit timer, perform another batch image operation to combine the three frame dumps, and then combine it with the ripped audio.)

Right now I'm asking for suggestions of which games to stream. Some current ideas I have are Smart Ball for the SNES, Garfield for the Sega Genesis, or Donkey Kong '94.

If enough people are interested, I'll do a stream tonight, and you should see it on Youtube by tonight or tomorrow morning.​

  • Donkey Kong 64 was running too slow this time for some reason so I streamed Donkey Kong '94 instead.
  • I didn't realize LiveStream doesn't record the chat window (but I'll have a way around it for next time.)
  • Technical difficulties at first (shouldn't happen again.)
  • Had 11 viewers for a while! Woo!
