....set in the story of Ocarina of Time, but you'd play as Sheik!

I think it'd be really cool.

They could go full out "mature" and make Sheik look awesome.

It'd be kinda different from Zelda games, and probably would be more Stealth like, trying to sneak to Link to get to each dungeon, killing enemies with your needle shots and stuff as you go.

What do you think? Would you play a game like this?
 
Well it would definatelly be unique. Kind of a parallelism to Luigi's Mansion if you think about it. But if it's Zelda, I would play it. No exceptions.
 
Beats my idea for a Kaepora Gaebora flight simulator.
 
What about a game where you play as the "door repair charge" guy in the first game. You go around asking people for repair charges.
 
if it had different gameplay then Ocarina of Time then yes
