From Maxwell Atoms, the creator of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy (and Evil Con Carne) comes a new web series called Dead Meat, a “post-apocalyptic black comedy/social satire/puppet gore web series about a guy and his mutant dog called Dead Meat.” The Kickstarter goal is $50,000 and ends on November 16 (my birthday).

Heck yeah, this is awesome! I mean, I would have preferred seeing Atoms getting that Underfist spin-off series, but still, heck yeah!

I loved Billy and Mandy but I wasn't so keen on Evil Concarne.

Still, I'd donate to this Kickstarter if I had the money.

EDIT: Wait, puppets? Ehh I dunno...

Sounds all right. Billy and Mandy was a great show (Evil Con Carne was hit and miss), and I'm not entirely opposed to the use of puppets (since I'm a Jeff Dunham fan), but I'm gonna be one of those people who doesn't donate to the campaign but still wants it to succeed out of curiosity.

What's impressive is that earlier today they had a mere $38,000, yet they managed to clear that in only a few hours! I guess it's true, a lot of Kickstarters get most of their money at the beginning and at the end.
