I'd guess the timezone you're in. Problem being this counts seconds as well so this is going to get high before restarting

why not just do minutes and seconds

if there's a palindrome within the minutes and seconds, then we should restart

should be pretty easy, considering half the time you'll be accessing palindromes

45:54, 33:33, 00:00, so on, so forth
