Changing a quote size?

So, I want to put a quote in my sig, while still having the sig, but it just takes up the whole space. Is there any way to change the size of quotes? Thanks in advance

I guess you could change the size of the text of the quote.

Yeah, quotes are naturally bulky, and you can't shrink the space around the quote or shrink the quote words on the top.
