You have to actually be online on Pokemon X/Y while someone else is on (i.e. me) for the third Pokemon to appear for us.

Ditto's the third, Minccino's the second.
 
Dittos in the safari have at least two IVs of 31, and since they can reproduce with any Pokemon, it's the perfect Pokemon for IV Breeding (if you're into that stuff).
 
Ah. I've yet to actually look at the IVs of the one I caught in the wild (which has been sitting in the Day Care ever since, mainly to help me with getting stuff on the GTS).

I'd love to, but unfortunately I can't... Or at least not for the moment. You see, there's a storm here so my internet isnt working that well, but I'll be sure to do it later.
