Do You Prefer Cats or Dogs?

(There may have been a thread for this, I don't remember. But before you tell me to use the search feature, it always gets clogged with irrelevant results.)

So, which do you like better? Cats or dogs?

I like cats better, but my whole family hates cats so I own dogs. Dogs are okay, but cats are better.
 
Cats, they're more loyal than dogs IMO. Although neither are my favorite pets. Lizards or snakes are better than cats or dogs.

Ive had a lot of bad experiences with cats, like one taking a dump in my sink.


So i generally avoid them and dont bother with them.

I guess I could be called a copycat for posting a cat image after someone already did! :dk:
Although it was because of post conflicts, so that counts for something.
 
I was attacked by a dog as a kid so I'm really nervous around them, so I prefer cats
 
I like them both equally and don't understand how cat people and dog people get into heated fights all the time.
 
I prefer cats.

Though that's probably pretty obvious.
 
I don't mind cats because they can be smart and fluffy, but I am an immense dog lover. Also my dogs are better than every other organism in the universe because they're so gorgeous and smart and loyal and loving and hnnnng. < 3

I'm allergic to both, sadly, but I've always liked cats, whereas I was scared of dogs as a kid (I'm better now, but I still only really like individual dogs once I've gotten to know them).

You seem to have it reversed. I can hug my dog all the time. You try to hug a cat, you either crush it, or it scratches you and tries to get away.
 
dogs are better imo

though my cat is pretty cool too

I was leaving out the possibility of it not wanting. Like you can lift it and then put it on your arms/shoulders.
 
Have no preference I prefer cockatiels
