Weird glitch with 3D Land after 3DS update

so yeah, 3ds update came out, miiverse, NNID's, all that

but uh, weird glitch with 3d land:

if you picked your wii u mii to come over to the 3DS after linking the accounts, boot up 3d land

all the files will probably say "NEW GAME"; don't be worried, just pick a mii, and your saves are there

odd part is, you can't use the wii u mii, as it defaults to a guest every time

that's all i have to say, mods, move if you want to, hell, lock if you want to, just posting this here as a friendly warning/reminder

i'd assume it affects any game involving miis in someway, probably including mario kart 7
