Hey, remember when a bunch of Rareware guys got together and said they were going to make a spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie? Well, this probably isn't it, but just in case you liked Banjo-Kazooie, here's...

They had a Kickstarter, but it's over now. Don't worry, they made it's goal (and stretch goals)!

I have to say, going by the trailer alone, already I'm excited for this!

A fun new 3D platformer/collectathon game from people who REALLY liked those types of games back in the day!

now if the game will actually be good remains to be seen

We can't have a new Banjo so old staff members of Rare give us something similar, but different. I dunno why it must be Indie and Nintendo can't just fund it. Microsoft may have bought Rare, but that dont mean old staff members who left can't form a new development team and work for Nintendo, does it? Im skeptical about this Kickstarter business...

wow, this could quite possibly be neat

hope they dont *bleep* it up
There really is absolutely no way of knowing or ever guessing at the quality of the finished product at this point.

Reminds me a lot of Ty the Tasmanian Tiger (moreso than Banjo Kazooie). It doesn't look anywhere near as polished as A Hat in Time (similar Kickstarter project) but I'll keep an eye on it.

That N64 cartridge and box is glorious, though.

Looks Like it might be a fun game. Hopefully it doesn't get delayed a bunch of times and then get's lost in oblivion like so many others before it. I have high hopes for this one, but so many kickstarter projects have come and gone.

if this is the great banjo-tooie successor theyve cooked up , im a little underwhelmed
