That's right. I'm giving away a new, unopened copy of Super Mario All-Stars for the Wii. The 25th Anniversary Version. And no, I'm not just going to give it away to the first person who responds, but you can win it if you're good with numbers...
I realize you guys don't like Let's Plays on this subreddit. However, I am doing a 100% LP of Super Mario Bros. 3 (all of the secrets, bonus areas, white mushroom houses, etc.), and as an added bonus, I'm letting people pretty much guess at what the high score will be at the end of the game. Oh and it's the All-Stars version.

Well, I can understand that, but I'm not your normal Let's Player. I'm a software developer full time who grew up with the original games. I rarely if ever scream into the mic or yell, or use silly facecams. I always find the secrets. I take my videos seriously.
There has to be a catch
Well, yeah. I need to be able to keep track of submissions, so at the end of World 7 I will post a special email address for you to send submissions to. And, I'm looking for a specific number of shares of the video for the prize to be eligible. I'm still giving away something if I don't hit this goal. And, I have to be fair to my subscribers, too. Only subscribers are eligible, but that's fixable. Also, I can only ship to the US or Canada.
You know, if I get enough subscribers from this I may give away the game anyway. Someone's winning something though, regardless. Why not let it be you?

I'll be honest with you. I'm doing this contest to promote my channel. I love Mario games and I'm spending a bit of time and additional research on this let's play. And of course, I'm going to be doing more Mario games in the future. Maybe I'll have plenty more videos you'll be interested in watching? I'm definitely going to do contests like this in the future if this one is successful. I'd love to eventually give away an original cart of Super Mario 64...
You know I won't mind that much if you just subscribe and share for the contest and unsubscribe later. However, again, if this is successful I will be giving away more Mario games in the future. C'mon, it's Mario!
