The question is if you wish to put Baby Waluigi in this topic, we can be sure that all adult human/kong characters (that includes Pauline, Gadd, Rosalina, Candy and so on) had their baby time and should be discussed here. For not being controversial it's better to discuss official babies only.

Not to be offensive but I think Baby Yoshi and Birdo are kind unnecessary since their baby forms don't make too much difference.
