yeah i did this once a couple of years ago and i'm doing it again because why the hell not?
since a save a character featuring every single pokemon would take about ten years, we'll limit them by nominating. simply add one pokemon at a time to the contestant list at the end of this post. each person has three nominations to start out with, but you'll get more if nominations take a while (which they most likely will)
additionally, this time i've decided to limit nominations to pokemon who have not won before. please check the spoiler below before nominating, as the pokemon listed cannot participate
(this doesn't apply to other members of evolution lines; eevee is still eligible to be nominated, for example)
