Theories about how does Peach easily get kidnapped while Mario is on his way.

Seriously here is what goes on as seen when Peach sends her invitation for Mario to a party. Peach's letter gets carried by the Mushroom Kingdom's Postal Service. Bowser looks as the postal delivery service drops the letter and watches it get delivered. Bowser takes a sneak peek and sees the letter while no one is looking and secretly heads in and captures Peach. Mario finally arrives with a horrible curse with rescuing Peach again. How can this ever stop!!!!???

It's simple, avoid creating any parties or hire a secured mail service which does the job flawlessly without any weaknesses.

Or just get Peach some better mushroom retainers.
 
Because Peach continues to hire Toads as bodyguards even though they have proven on multiple occasions that they are absolutely worthless as bodyguards.

Maybe she's too compassionate, and can't bear to give them up? Maybe she likes using them as meat shields? Maybe they'll work for less than other species? Maybe they're fantastic cooks, butlers, and servants, just not bodyguards? Who knows?
 
Peach wants to be kidnapped. It's the only source of excitement in her dull life filled with Toads.

I mean Mario can just separate Bowser's body parts and hide them every where around the Mushroom Kingdom so that he never resurrects again to kidnap Peach. Though if Bowser ever curses both Peach and Mario with a horrible curse in which Peach is denied access to her powers and both her and Mario deteriorate in health for a few years then they'll need to collect it and resurrect Bowser and kill him again.

Mario is a nice guy, but she just isn't sexually attracted to him.

On the other hand, Bowser really turns her on, but he's a dick.

Considering what happened the one time they didn't invite him (Mario Party 7), Bowser decided to harass everyone and ruin their vacation.

Neither we have any proof she is heterosexual. Did we know if she did naughty things with Mario? No.
