Do you think the entire roster will be revealed at E3?

I don't, I think there will be secret characters that Sakurai may want to keep hidden until release.

We'll know the whole roster soon enough tho. I expect a number of newcomer/veteran reveals at E3, but not the entire roster.
 
Per the first comment, and didn't Sakurai say he didn't want to reveal everything this time, anyway?
 
We'll know the full roster not that long after E3 anyway. When the people who get the 3DS version early long enough to unlock all the characters list it. Just like how we found out Brawl's full roster at pretty much the same day or even shortly before the game released in Japan.

But yeah, I don't think we'll get everybody that's left in E3. Mario Kart 8 might have spoiled all the rest of the characters in the direct. But that's because Characters aren't as important in Mario Kart in comparison to Smash Bros.
 
I thnik there is a little chance since Mario Kart 8 Direct gave us all characters.
 
Of course it won't. The hype would fade away too fast and they need it for the 3DS release, which is most likely in about two months.
 
I find it rather doubtful that the full roster will be shown at E3. We'll probably get it once the 3DS version is nearing its release date; Mario Kart 8's full roster was shown a full month before release.
 
There's a small chance but I strongly doubt it. We'll likely get some if not all of the remaining starter characters, but unlockable characters (assuming there are still unlockables) will probably be hidden until after release, except for maybe third parties.
