How do you make rotating avatars?

What I mean is like how the avatar changes periodically. I'm pretty sure both BLOF and LGM have it.

Ok, so you enter in a site that hosts rotating avatars/sigs(e.g.:signavatar), and put the imagesyou want in rotation there.

You just add the links to the avatar/signature part, and then you will get a group link, in which you do the image coding around it and then it will be your sig/avatar.
