Mr. Game & Watch in SSB4

Mr. Game & Watch appeared in Pac-Man's trailer, but isn't confirmed. Do you think Mr. Game & Watch will be playable or not?

I recently made a Miiverse post stating that I wanted Mr. Game and Watch and R.O.B. as Assist Trophies. My desire hasn't changed.

I'm pretty sure we'll get Game and Watch eventually. Him appearing in Pac-Man's trailer is not a deconfirmation. Heck, it's more of a reason for Game and Watch to return. Him and Pac-Man fighting along with Donkey Kong and Mario would be the fight between all the oldest Mascots in the roster. Also Mr. Game and Watch being a 2-D character is easy to program.

Even though GW is not my main in Brawl my miles, he was fun to play as. Everything from the basic B of the hammer to the Final Smash and turns into an Octopus.

Mr. Game & Watch actually has a full 3D model in Melee and Brawl. To give him his flat appearance, his model is flattened in-game. He still is likely easy to program due to his lack of detail, though.

Beyond that, I am pretty sure that Mr. Game & Watch will return as a playable character.
