The source is IMDb. That is the worst possible source. Ever. The voice actor has said he's working on some new games, so make of that what you will. I think Shulk is likely, but nothing is confirmed.
 
Even though I really want Shulk in because he would have a cool moveset, I'll admit while I do enjoy Xenoblade and I still play it, I think it's a pretty overrated game, I mean seriously, you can't press any buttons while attacking?! That's bullshit!

I'm certain Shulk will be playable (even if I ignored the leak I'd still call him the most likely newcomer left) but yeah, he's not confirmed yet.
