Frozen milk products

There are 4 popular frozen milk products; ice cream, frozen yogurt, gelato, and frozen custard. If you had to choose between the four, what would you choose?

Actually, I discovered gelato only a week ago, and it is so damn delicious! Beats ice cream and fro-yo by a long shot.

Gelato is pretty good, but it's hard to enjoy the kind you can get at the mall when you've tasted real gelato from Italy before.

I've had "real" gelato from "italy" before thanks to Disney and other rich fancy places in Florida and Atlantic City. It's just a recipe for flavored ice pretty much and in my experience it's too expensive for what it is. Store brand tastes better, unless what taste you're interested in is the ability to tell others that you went to Italy to eat gelato.

yeah i like ice cream, never tried anything elsa, honestly, I thought Frozen yoghurt is what the Americans called ice cream, now i'm starting to think otherwise

also how do you make Frozen custard, do you just make ordinary custard and stick it in the freezer so that it freezes?
