At most I see them showing a veteran or two. Now, this does take place right around the anniversary of the Mother series. I could easily see a Ness reveal. Or maybe a double reveal of Ness and Lucas.

Or hell, just show Ness and Jigglypuff and get the rest of the original 12 shown.
