I've already seen Pokemon and Yu Gi Oh. Besides, the latter isn't that good IMO.

Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden if you want something with action in it, but also humorous at times.

Attack on Titan if you want something with fast paced action. Doesn't have as much humor as the above mentioned.

Death Note if you like CSI type shows. It is also very thought provoking.

The second part isn't that bad; I actually really enjoyed it. However as a lot of people dislike the second part, you can decide if you want to continue watching or not.

I actually have a tendency of liking things that multiple people dislike. Near was my favorite character before I realized a lot of people hated him. Also for comparisons sake, Misa is my second favorite character followed by Rem, L, and Ryuk.
