Rosalina's on top because she's pretty much god of the Mario universe.

Daisy lives in Sarasaland.
Wario lives in Diamond City.
Waluigi doesn't live anywhere.
As for Birdoes, I have no idea.

She really isn't. Shes the caretaker of the lumas, nothing more.

The Star Spirits are the closest things to gods in the marioverse, they are even described as higher powers.

Lumas are baby star like things, they don't always grow up to be Galaxies. They clearly establish the universe as well as the lumas existed and had been doing that long before she was born. Hell many lumas still do it without her.

She is not a god, shes not even remotely like a god.
 
Well you got me there.

My headcanon that she's god won't change, but I want a canon hierarchy list, so I'll just remove her completely for now.

^Yeah, that's good, although I'd put Kamek above Bowser Jr/Koopalings personally.

As for DK, there is no hierarchy. All Kongs are equal, and they all have an equal share of bananas.

Bowser Jr. being the heir to the Koopa throne and the future Bowser would be higher than Kamek who is just Bowser's advisor. The Koopalings would be lower than Kamek because they aren't Bowser's children and just his minions.

Yeah but at the end of Galaxy there were all those Lumas that made galaxies
So obviously Rosalina has a massive amount hidden somewhere
