What do you want for Mario Kart 8 DLC?

I want 2 Nitro and 2 Retro cups. I also want Diddy Kong, Boo, Dixie Kong, Bowser Jr, and King K Rool though I fear that Birdo and Petey Pirhanha and King Boo will be DLC Characters. I also want a real battle mode including Mario Kart 7 Balloon Battle style and Mario Kart 7 Coin Runner style and Mario Kart: Double Dash Balloon Battle style and 5 Nitro Battle Arenas and 2 Special Battle Arenas, and 5 Retro Battle Arenas for a total of 12 Battle Arenas where the retro arenas are from N64, GCN, DS, Wii, and 3DS installments (1 each).

Special Course: Battlesphere, Battleplane
Retro Courses: N64 Double Deck, GCN Luigi's Mansion, DS Tart Top, Wii Delphino Pier, 3DS Honeybee Hive
I don't care what the Nitro tracks are.

Some retro kart parts (Hurricane is my most wanted, it's hands-down, the best kart in Mario Kart DS) would be awesome.

I want all the cut veterans to return minus Paratroopa, Wiggler, Honey Queen and maybe ROB. I also want them to add a few DLC characters that represent new parts of the Mario series such as Fawful. As for tracks I would love Wario Colosseum and GCN Rainbow Road. Waluigi Pinball would also look gorgeous in HD.

I'd rather have good retro'd tracks than bad unused tracks.

Different people find different tracks good. Wouldn't it be a bit selfish to want the tracks you like retroed twice over tracks other people like once?
