People using Windows XP, Vista, 7 & 8, is anyone else getting this? Just recently a tab for this thing keeps appearing every minute and it's annoying. It seems to be some kind of scanning thing.

It's apparently a program that often comes bundled with other freeware programs and pretends to find multiple "problems" on your PC which can only be "fixed" by purchasing the full version. Here's a page I found on it with google:

I don't know how you got it, but if it happened during the installation of another program, whenever you install freeware on your computer, make sure to customize the installation (don't go with the recommended automatic installation) and make sure you only install exactly what you wanted in the first place. No extra programs or toolbars or whatever.
