I've extracted the filesystem of Mario & Luigi Dream Team and found quite a few .dat files. I have read these are very similar to the ones found in Bowser's Inside Story, which obviously have been extracted before so it's not impossible. I really want to get these sprites, so does anyone have a clue as to what program might open these files?

They're like, two completely different games. I highly doubt the program that can read BiS files can read DT's files as well

So someone was able to get some of the graphics out of the dat files, but they're a mess.

Anyway I have another problem, and that is extracting the sounds from SoundData.arc

I thought that would be better posted in here rather than making another thread for it. I got this utility and I tried entering the correct code into Python for it and unfortunately got an error. I'm assuming I formatted everything wrong, here is what I entered:
Code:
python ARCTool.py [-qlh] [-o <output=C:\Users\*me*\folder\folder\folder\Mario and Luigi Dream Team\Sound>] <inputfile=C:\Users\*me*\folder\folder\folder\Mario and Luigi Dream Team\Sound\SoundData.arc>

(edited parts for privacy's sake)

What did I do wrong?
